Hi Joanne,
Thank you so much for the session. I was about to post the following on the chat…
I had severe lower back pain 7 and also neck pain 6, at the beginning of the session.
Now my lower back pain is 0. I can bend down and I have no pain. The 7 was when I was just sitting, was probably higher if I would have bend down.
My neck pain is about 2, only when I move the neck, it is 0 if I don’t move it; I don’t know how much was neck pain when I was moving it. I’ll continue detoxifying, diagnosing and hopefully I’ll eliminate the neck pain completely.
And by the way, initially, I didn’t think TFT will work for this, I thought I needed massage and exercises,… I thought this is mechanical. I think/thought that I have this pain because I stopped exercising, due to covid. A TFT practitioner once said that if the pain is “mechanical” then TFT won’t heal it, but then I thought that if Advil heals it (I haven’t taken Advil, but I’ve seen so much advertisement on pain relief meds recently) then TFT can for sure heal it.
